The hardcover Impact collection stone paper notebook is crafted from tree-free paper!
Stone paper is primarily composed of mineral powder (80%) combined with non-toxic HDPE (a clean plastic) in a 20% ratio. While traditional wood pulp paper production involves water and bleach, this book is produced without using any water or bleach. Traditional wood pulp paper consumes about 2770 liters of water and around 18 trees, but this lovely A5 stone paper notebook saves all of that.
The paper is soft to the touch, velvety, and perfect for smooth writing. It contains 64 sheets/128 pages of 58 gm/m2 white-lined stone paper. The cover is also entirely made of stone paper to conserve water.
To support water conservation efforts, the manufacturer donates 2% of each Impact product proceeds to Water.org.
