Polylana® fibre is the low-impact alternative to 100% acrylic and wool fibres, saving water and energy and reducing CO2 emission during the production and dyeing process.
Compared with acrylic fibre, for each Polylana® fibre beanie, the following impact savings are realized: 2.77-litre water, 5.16 MJ energy and 0.06 kg GHG (CO2).
Impact savings are based on validated Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data. 1x1 Rib knit of 60% Polylana® fibre and 40% Acrylic, 12 gauge.
